It’s time to think about school. Whether you’re wondering when your child should start preschool or how to select the right child care, we’d love to meet your family and show you how much fun your child will have with us. Many first-time parents ask us how the childcare enrollment process works so here is a quick overview to answer your questions.
Step 1 – Check Enrollment Availability
If you are interested in enrolling your child at Wellspring Children’s Academy, the first thing to do is to contact us to see if we have availability. Have your questions ready as we are excited to learn more about your family’s needs and how we can help to support them. We are here to help you through this very important process, making it as easy and informative as possible.
Step 2 – Visit our School
You will be invited to visit the school and meet with the School Director. You’ll see the classrooms, meet your child’s teacher and have time to observe any portions of the day you would like. We will do everything in our power to accommodate the start date that meets your needs. If there is a waiting list, you can secure the next available space by paying a registration fee and placing your name on the list. We will continue to stay in touch and when an opening becomes available, the Director will contact you immediately.
Step 3 – Have a Free Discovery Day
It’s important to us that your child feels comfortable and welcome and we want to provide you a free day of fun and learning before you officially start with West County Day School. Our Discovery Day gives your child a chance to get acquainted with their new friends and teachers. Choosing a child care facility is a very important decision and we want you to feel confident that we’re the right choice.
